Questa nuova politica ha l'obiettivo di gestire al meglio le richieste di assistenza provenienti dai propri partner, garantendo un supporto diretto, personalizzato, veloce e mirato.
L'assistenza dedicata garantisce una serie di benefici per il cliente, invia un'email a Support IDom per richiedere tutte le informazioni.

IDom si rinnova, da settembre è disponibile la nuova release di IDom che contiene tra l'altro i nuovissimi skin icone tra cui scegliere, per rendere ancora più personale ed emozionale la propria esperienza domotica. Chiedici anche quali sono le altre novità disponibili.

Disponibile su Play Store per dispositivi Android l’app vocale "IDom Care" che permette di inviare comandi vocali al proprio sistema IDom. L'app è studiata per persone con limitata mobiità e permette in caso di emergenza, di inviare un sms con posizione gps e richiesta di aiuto, tutto con un solo clic. Nello stesso modo è possibile inviare un messaggio di “OK”, sempre corredato dalla posizione gps dell’utente.
